burn off ovens, also called heat cleaning ovens are widely used in the coatings, fibers, electric motors and plastics industry. Burn off ovens heat cleaning ovens are designed for removing paint, powder coating, epoxies, lacquers, urethanes and other organic or inorganic compounds from various metal parts, such as hangers, racks, hooks, jigs, fixture. And also for cleaning polymers from a variety of metal parts, such as: moulds, extrusion dies, screws, nozzles, extruders, hot runners, breaker plates.

The hot cleaning furnace can efficiently and safely wash the chemicals attached to metal parts such as coating nozzles.Use of polymer is higher than 300 degrees was isolated from the air can be cracking, above 400 degrees in a small amount of air can completely oxidation characteristics, first with polymer sewage workpiece heated to 400 degrees (proposed) according to the technical requirement, make the workpiece on the number of polymer melt flowing to a collection container at the bottom of the furnace, and then the temperature rises to 400 degrees, and ventilation with a small amount of fresh air, make the rest of the polymer oxidative, generates carbon dioxide, after water spray with pump, water ring type with water from outside.


By thermal cleaning to remove surface coating and paint of the hanging work pieces,they are placed in the main decomposition chamber at ambient workpieces temperature from 250 ~ 420 ℃ to removal of organic matter on the workpiece. After the process, the surface of work piece is without any organic coating layer residual.

Working Principle

The Burn Off Oven has two relatively independent heating systems as well as temperature and smog control system. In the first heating system, the furnace chamber is heated to a certain temperature range, and the control system automatically controls the atmosphere in the furnace to gradually decompose the coating (organic matter) on the workpiece into gas. The control system always guarantees the decomposition speed, the decomposition product (gas) concentration and is strictly controlled within a certain range. When the organic waste gas generated by the decomposition product is converted into CO2 and water vapor discharging from the chimney through the full combustion of second combustion chamber at 700-900 degree, the remaining part of the furnace is workpiece and a small amount of inorganic substances which have become powdery. Most of them have fallen into the bottom of the furnace from the workpiece during the process, and only a small amount of the remaining can be shaken off or scrubbed with water. The burn off oven is mainly used for the decomposition and peeling of the cured organic coating and peeling of most steel (or iron casting) reprocessing workpiece surface coatings.
